At Prismic Creative Supplies, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible. We carefully select our delivery partners based on the size, weight and contents of your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

UK Delivery

Royal Mail

We use Royal Mail for:

  • Powder pigments

  • Glitters

  • Small-volume liquid products

  • Small accessories and lightweight orders

Delivery charges start from £3.75, with the final shipping cost calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

DPD Local

Larger, heavier or higher-value orders are typically shipped using DPD Local, providing a fully tracked delivery service.

Delivery charges start from £9.50.

Please note that additional delivery charges may apply for:

  • Orders weighing over 10kg

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

  • Northern Ireland

  • Isle of Man

  • Isle of Wight

  • Channel Islands

  • Other offshore or carrier surcharge areas

Where additional charges apply, these will be shown during checkout where possible. In exceptional circumstances, we may contact you before dispatch if an additional shipping payment is required.

International Delivery

Currently, at this time, international delivery is not available.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, although dispatch times may vary during busy periods.

If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
