PLEASE NOTE:
Our suspension base is designed to be used as an ingredient for creating your own unique nail polish. Under the terms of our agreement wit the manufacturer, we do not permit our suspension base to be resold ‘as is’, rebottled, rebranded, or redistributed in its original form. This requirement helps to maintain full product traceability, quality control, and compliance throughout the supply chain. It’s intended use is to create and sell your own finished nail polishes after adding your own pigments to create a unique product.
IMPORTANT
If you purchase nail polish suspension base, you are confirming that you are an adult over the age of 18 years and understand the hazards of handling nail polish base.
Keep away from children.
Do not expose suspension base to a spark or naked flame.
Work in a well ventilated area when handling this product with appropriate PPE.
We reserve the right to ask individuals or managing individuals on behalf of a company that we serve to sign our NDS terms of service form.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale or supply to individuals or companies at any time.

Customers remain fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant cosmetic regulations applicable to their products and jurisdiction

Product Information File (PIF) requirements
Labelling obligations
Notification requirements
UK and EU cosmetic regulations where applicable
Customer Responsibility for Selling Products
Customers who choose to manufacture, gift, distribute, or sell nail varnish or other cosmetic products are solely responsible for ensuring their products meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
Prismic Creative Supplies accepts no liability for any losses, claims, fines, enforcement action, penalties, product recalls, damages, injuries, or legal consequences arising where a customer:
sells, gifts, distributes, or markets cosmetic products without purchasing relevant compliance documentation or a CPSR from us;
purchases a CPSR or compliance documentation from us but uses ingredients, pigments, raw materials, bases, additives, or components not expressly covered or approved within the purchased documentation;
changes, modifies, substitutes, or reformulates ingredients or percentages after documentation has been issued;
changes packaging, labels, intended product use, claims, or manufacturing methods beyond the scope of the purchased documentation; or
otherwise fails to comply with the conditions, limitations, instructions, or scope set out within the supplied documentation.
Any CPSR or compliance documentation supplied by Prismic Creative Supplies applies only to the specific formulation, ingredients, product type, and usage parameters expressly stated in the documentation.
Use of alternative ingredients, modified formulas, or unapproved materials may invalidate the applicability of supplied documentation.
Customers are responsible for obtaining updated or additional documentation where formulations or ingredients differ from those covered.
6. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel orders
Limit quantities
Correct pricing errors
Remove products from sale without notice
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until goods have been dispatched or digital products delivered.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
